I met Cathie as a freshman & we were good friends that year at PHHS. She was very quiet & shy but a very sweet girl. We remained friends thru high school but never were as close as we were that first year. After PHHS, Sherie Horton Laurence lived in Clayton as did Cathie & Sher would keep me up-to-date on the happenings of our high school friends who lived in Clayton, Cathie amongst them. I am so sorry to hear of her passing & wish her family well. I would have liked to have caught up with Cathie in person but alas, time ran out for her. So many from our class have passed away & it breaks my heart to know that I can never reconnect with them. So sad........
So sad to hear about Cathy. I cannot believe so many have passed on in our class. I didn't feel that old till I read about everything. I guess we are fortunate to be alive and in good health.
I am so sad to be missing the class reunion. 50 years has gone way to fast, and seems like yesterday walking the Halls of Good old Pleasant Hill. Great times, great memories.
