Maureen has been gone for a while now but it still saddens me tto think so. She was my lab partner in chemistry and I am not proud to say I often distracted her from our studies. I would like to share more thoughts with others about her.

I remember a slumber party at Maureen's house during sophmore year. The family had a back " rumpus room" addition and that's where we stayed. The  boys came as they often did when they got wind of a party and Maureen's father stood on the roof and hosed the boys with a garden hose. I'll never forget that.

She's buried in Queen of Heaven Cemetary on Reliez Valley Rd along with her parents and brother Randy.

I always liked Maureen.  My sister's name was Maureen, too but she only lived 4 months.  I don't know the circumstances on Maureen Ruddock's passing but I do remember reading on the CC Times once that she had been arrested for marijuana posession.

Posession of marijuana. Now alot of that has gone up in smoke! I knew I liked Maureen.

Sadly that conviction set her up for the rest of her life............
